Downloading the V33.0 file is blocked

Problem:  Downloading the V33.0 .exe file gives the following error: Solution: Either ask your Systems Administrator to permit the file download, or try to download the zipped version of the software.  The zipped version of the software is available on the homepage of the Online Administration Sytem directly below the .exe file.

Examiner will not start

Problem: The Examiner machine will not start. Cause: If Examiner has previously crashed, Examiner.exe may still be running. Solution: Try checking Task Manager using CTRL + ALT + DEL to check if Examiner.exe is running. You can then end the process.
